My mother-in-law, Lucille, lives lakeside at Peach Lake, a small community near Brewster, NY.   We have spent summer weekends and holidays there for the past twelve years.    The place has a long family tradition with Lucille, as her father owned a cottage there, and she brought her children there to swim and play during the summers.   Now her home is the central gathering place for her family.
